| NEW CHECK-IN TIMES |
The unit may be occupied from 16h00 onwards on check-in day.
Please ensure that you vacate the unit by 10h00 at the latest on departure day, to enable the housekeeping staff to prepare for new arrivals. Your compliance is appreciated.

| DAMAGE TO UNITS |
It has become evident that some members abuse the units and staff, and we have to now take a stronger approach to curb this behaviour. Members need to keep the units in the condition they found them in, if something is broken or breaks please inform your Housekeeper as soon as possible. Unfortunately GRC will not hesitate to evict guests or charge them for the damages if necessary. Please be aware that there are new guests coming to stay in the unit after you, and they expecting to have the same wonderful stay you did. Please assist us to ensure that each unit is kept within the GRC standards.

| PENALTIES ON ESTATES |
The defaulting member is responsible for fines of any kind imposed at any of the estates. Please adhere to house rules and the traffic, speed control of each estate.

| GOLF CART POLICY |
All guests driving the Golf Carts at any of the Golf Estates, must be in possession of a valid drivers licence and carry it with them at all times when driving the cart on the estate.

| ARABELLA GOLF CLUB CANCELLATION POLICY |
With immediate effect, members are required to notify the Pro Shop or Amina Stellenboom (Ph. 028-284 0105) at least 24 hours in advance should they intend not utilising a pre-booked tee-time. Exceptions will be course closure due to high winds or heavy rainfall (at the sole discretion of the Director of Golf), or the course being rendered unplayable. In such instances, no charge will be levied for no-show(s). In the event that pre-booked times are not cancelled within the stipulated 24-hour period, taking all factors into account, a fee of R1,000 per tee time will be levied against the member, whose playing rights will also be suspended until such fine is settled. This cancellation policy applies to all members and members’ guest referral bookings.

| TEE OFF BOOKINGS |
All golf and tee off bookings must be done through the Pro Shop at the Estate.
