ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS

CLUB SUBSCRIPTION

Like a sports club, Golf Resorts Club requires an Annual Club Subscription to cover its operating expenses, which include accounting, administration, guest certificates, reservations, sending statements, as well as other forms of communication, and other costs.

This Subscription is due upon joining the Club and is also charged every January thereafter. All members pay the same amount.

REFURBISHMENT RESERVE

A payment that covers your proportionate share of any Special Levies and other related charges which may be raised by any of the Club’s Golf Estates.

The Refurbishment Reserve is used to maintain the standards of the Club’s Golf Estates.

The amount is due on the 1st of January every year and is based on the agreed percentage of your Debentures value.

PROVISIONAL USER CHARGE

A payment that covers your proportionate share of the Club’s Golf Estates levies and any other related charges. The amount is due on the 1st of January every year and is based on the agreed percentage of your Debentures value.

USER CHARGE AVAILABLE

PROVISIONAL USER CHARGE

The Provisional User Charge is used to pay Golf Estates levies, this amount is based on an agreed percentage of your Debentures value.

Once this payment is received, it is transferred into your User Charge Available account.

USER CHARGE

The User Charge is what it costs to book your chosen accommodation.

When booking your holiday, you will be informed of the User Charge for that holiday.

This User Charge will be deducted from your User Charge Available account.

If the User Charge is more than the Credit in your User Charge Available account, the difference is payable
within 48 hours of making your booking

Your User Charge is kept in your User Charge Available account until you book a holiday.

When you book a holiday, the applicable User Charge is deducted from your User Charge Available account.

If your User Charge Available account is depleted, you may need to pay in additional funds towards your holiday.

If the credit relating to a particular financial year is not used within that same year, then 25 % of the credit balance in the User Charge Available Account will be forfeited to the Club, with the balance (75%) being carried forward to the next financial year.
Notwithstanding the above, should the Member have utilised all the Debentures Rights allocated to him in that year, any credit amount still remaining in his User Charge Account may be carried over in full for a further period of 1 (one) year.


HOW YOUR ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP CONTRIBUTIONS WORK:

STEP 1

Pay your Annual Membership. Payment is transferred into your User Charge Available account and is accessible right away.

STEP 2

Book online or call your Holiday Planner. The User Charge is deducted from your User Charge Available account when you make a reservation.

STEP 3

Print your Guest Certificate online or if received from a Holiday Planner, check that your guest name and details are correct.
